Organizing projects vary widely depending on volume, room size, and hands-on needs. While I have standard package tiers, every quote is customized to your home's realistic scope. We discuss your budget upfront so there are never hidden fees or surprises.
-
As long as the space is free from severe structural safety hazards, biohazards, or pest infestations, I am open to tackling almost any space. If you're wondering, "Could an organizer actually help with this?"—the answer is almost always yes. Let's talk about it on a consultation call!
-
Yes. I believe having a functional, supportive living environment shouldn’t be a luxury reserved only for certain budgets. If you are experiencing a difficult life transition, financial hardship, or unexpected life event, please reach out. I offer flexible payment options and limited sliding-scale/hardship rates on a case-by-case basis. We can discuss this confidentially during our free initial phone consultation.

Standard showroom organization often relies on complex rules that fall apart within 48 hours. I design low-friction, intuitive systems—using broad categories, open-bin drops, visual/picture labels for non-readers, and simple toy-rotation systems. The goal is to make putting things away just as easy as taking them out so children and adults alike can maintain it independently.
-
It depends on the size of the room and the density of items. A standard pantry, walk-in closet, or entryway typically takes one half-day session (3–4 hours). Multi-room areas, garages, or full playroom transformations often require multiple sessions or full-day packages. We’ll pinpoint an accurate estimate during our consultation.
-
I serve homes across the Greater Santa Barbara area, including Goleta, Santa Barbara, Montecito, and Summerland. Projects outside this primary radius can often be accommodated with a modest travel fee.
-
A custom project simply means: if it involves physical items and practical systems, I can help you streamline it. While pantries, playrooms, and closets are everyday favorites, life doesn’t fit into neat little boxes. "Custom" covers multi-room overhauls, home office workflow redesigns, downsizing, estate transitions, craft rooms, small business or studio setups, and specialized routines tailored to neurodivergent households. If you have a space that feels chaotic, we can build a custom plan for it.
-
Nope—in fact, please hold off on buying anything before our session! We often repurpose storage items you already own. If new bins, drawer dividers, or labels are needed to make the system functional and cohesive, I measure during our session, provide a tailored shopping list, or source them directly on your behalf. (Product costs are billed separately at reimbursement value).
-
We’ll always need your input for the editing/decluttering phase (deciding what to keep, donate, or recycle). Once those decisions are made, you are welcome to step away, work, or run errands while I sort, measure, install systems, and label everything.
-
Not at all. You are always in complete control of what stays and what goes. My role is to help you edit gently, guide decision-making, and create logical homes for the items you actually use and love.
-
Please don’t! Seeing your home in its normal, everyday state is the best way to understand where systems are breaking down and how your family naturally moves through the space. There is zero judgment—I’m here to eliminate daily friction, not criticize your mess.
